The Vets Spring Meeting was held at East Berkshire Golf Club on Thursday 5th June 2025.
44 ladies enjoyed an 18 hole better ball competition on the lovely course with fast greens, only spoilt by the rain. The menu choice and food afterwards went down well.
The winners were:
Front 9 – Jo Thompson from Mapledurham and Sylvia Buckland from Calcot Park with 22 points
Back 9 – Penny Miles and Annie Mindry from Maidenhead with 20 points
Runners up, winning the Olive Tomlinson salvers – Suzanne Richards and Linda McLeod from Easthampstead Ladies with 40 points
Winners, winning the Margaret Rose Taylor salvers – Marlene Nicholls and Caroline Coombs from Billingbear Park with 40 points
